*工程技术方面:
1. 完成面向激光选区熔化技术的三维模型数字化处理 CAD 软件一套,完整包含了大型模型修复、切层、交互与自动化的支撑结构生成、基于输出敏感型算法的多模式路径规划、激光参数设置等模块,现正应用于上海航天设备制造总厂有限公司对外销售的商业化金属增材制造设备上;
2. 完成基于结构光的高精度三维零件双目视觉测量系统一套,完整包含标定、 点云计算、网格化、ICP 匹配等模块, 应用于大型汽车金属零部件、手机小型零配件等三维形貌检测现场, 检测误差可控制在 0.02mm 以内;
3. 完成轴承内外端面、手表表盘微小缺陷 (凹坑、裂缝、划痕等) 快速图像特征识别软件系统一套;
4. 完成基于视觉检测与运动控制卡的高效双头自动载带机一台,面向5G换机潮下深圳-东莞海量手机零配件封装市场,已与深圳合作企业展开产业化。
