匡映,女,理学博士,食品软物质结构与功能团队(PI:姜发堂)固定成员,目前为湖北工业大学讲师。主要从事智能型多糖-脂质体复合传递系统的设计与应用研究,以实现食品功能因子的载体保护及定位控制释放。2012年进入武汉大学-湖北中烟工业有限责任公司博士后工作站工作,期间从事主流烟气中苯酚形成的机理研究,以及选择性降低苯酚含量的功能型嘴棒材料的设计与研究。近五年来主持国家自然科学基金1项、中国博士后科学基金1项、省部级科研/教研项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金以及省部级等科研项目5项。目前已发表研究论文20余篇,其中SCI收录17篇(1区7篇,2区10篇),申请国家发明专利8项(已授权3项)。 教育经历: 2002.9-2006.6 武汉大学 药学专业 理学学士 2006.9-2008.6 武汉大学 药物化学专业 理学硕士 2008.7-2012.6 武汉大学 高分子化学与物理专业 理学博士 工作经历: 2012.7-至今 湖北工业大学 讲师 2012.10-2014.12 武汉大学-湖北中烟工业有限责任公司 博士后
