陈雄，男，1991年湖北工业大学食品工程本科毕业，1997年天津科技大学食品工程硕士毕业，2005年华中农业大学微生物学博士毕业，2010年安琪酵母股份有限公司博士后出站。二级教授，博士生导师，享受国务院特殊津贴专家，湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家，湖北工业大学“南湖学者”特聘教授。现任湖北工业大学生物工程与食品学院院长，发酵工程教育部重点实验室主任，中国生物工程学会食品生物技术专业委员会委员、湖北省食品安全标准审评委员会委员，湖北省微生物学会常务理事、工业微生物学专业委员会主任委员，《生物资源》、《化学与生物工程》、《湖北工业大学学报》等杂志编委。曾荣获“湖北省先进工作者”、“湖北师德标兵”、“湖北五一劳动奖章”、“湖北青年五四奖章”等荣誉。主持纵横向科研项目40余项，发表三大检索收录论文30余篇，荣获国家级、省级、国家行业协会科技奖励8项，其中国家科技进步二等奖1项，省部级科技进步一等奖3项。
