基本信息:
李玮 博士,副教授,2016 -2018年湖北省科技特派员,2018年入选湖北省相关人才项目。研究方向为天然产物功能性评价及综合利用。在食品营养与健康,天然产物生理活性及保健功效研究、蛋白质结构与功能表征、营养与安全评价方面进行了研究。近五年,以第一作者发表研究性科研论文20余篇,其中SCI收录9篇,申请专利6项。主持国家自然科学基金1项,湖北省中青年人才项目1项,参与省部级以上科研项目4项。
