教育经历 2005.9-2009.7 湖北工业大学 食品科学与工程 学士学位 2009.9-2012.7 华中农业大学 水产品加工与贮藏工程 硕士学位 2012.9-2015.7 华中农业大学 农产品加工与贮藏工程 博士学位 基本信息: 李玮 博士,副教授,2016 -2018年湖北省科技特派员,2018年入选湖北省相关人才项目。研究方向为天然产物功能性评价及综合利用。在食品营养与健康,天然产物生理活性及保健功效研究、蛋白质结构与功能表征、营养与安全评价方面进行了研究。近五年,以第一作者发表研究性科研论文20余篇,其中SCI收录9篇,申请专利6项。主持国家自然科学基金1项,湖北省中青年人才项目1项,参与省部级以上科研项目4项。 工作经历: 2015.09至今 湖北工业大学任教。
