柳志杰,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,湖北省相关人才项目入选者,研究方向为食品生物技术,主要涉及微生物代谢途径解析与优化。先后在Bioresource Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Biochemical Engineering Journal等杂志上发表SCI论文十余篇,担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Applied Microbiology、Enzyme and Microbial Technology等杂志的审稿人。主持湖北省自然科学基金等科研项目7项。
