急性肺损伤(ALI/急性呼吸窘迫征(ARDS)一直是威胁人类健康的重大问题。随着科技发展,虽然治疗ALI/ARDS的方案不断优化,但该疾病的死亡率仍居高不下(50%-60%。这源于科学界仍旧没有全面、深刻认识ALI/ARDS的发病机理,导致ALI/ARDS特异性治疗手段缺乏。我们组主要以细菌脂多糖LPS诱导的急性肺损伤、IgG免疫复合物诱导的急性肺损伤等为模型:(1)解析ALI/ARDS的发生机制,寻找可能的治疗靶点;(2)寻找治疗ALI/ARDS的潜在药物。
