研究领域
实验室主要研究慢性病毒感染的免疫致病机制及免疫治疗。我们利用独特的人源化小鼠模型,结合临床标本,运用免疫学、遗传学、转录及代谢组学等手段,研究HIV等病毒慢性感染导致机体持续异常炎症、免疫代谢紊乱、T细胞功能耗竭的调控机制,并致力于开发新的免疫治疗策略。同时,我们研究肿瘤炎症微环境对免疫细胞表型及功能的调控作用,以挖掘肿瘤免疫治疗新靶点。
