专业研究领域
主要从事神经退行性疾病,特别是阿尔茨海默氏病的发病机制及创新药物研究。从分子、细胞及动物水平建立阿尔茨海默氏病药物筛选及评价模型并进行创新药物的筛选、评价。已获得国内、国际授权专利19项。近年来主持多项科研项目,包括国家自然基金、国家“十一五”、“十二五”重大新药创制科技重大专项基金,北京市自然科学基金、教育部留学人员科研启动基金等。获得了2010年度教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目的资助。近年来发表论文40余篇,参与7部论著的编写。2012年获得中华医学会科技进步二等奖和北京市科技进步三等奖。目前担任中国药理学会生化与分子药理专业委员会、神经精神药理专业委员会以及国家新药开发工程技术研究中心工程技术委员会委员、北京药理学会理事及《药学学报》青年编委。
