戴均贵 湖北浠水人,1969年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,协和学者特聘教授,入选2017年“国家百千万人才工程”并被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”称号。1991年、1996年获华中师范大学生物学学士、植物学专业硕士学位,1999年获中国协和医科大学生药学博士学位。1999年-2001年、2001年-2003年在北京大学医学部、日本新泻大学化学系进行博士后(JSPS)研究工作。2003年10月至今在中国医学科学院药物研究所天然药物活性物质与功能国家重点实验室、卫健委天然药物生物合成重点实验室工作,研究方向为药用天然产物生物合成与生物催化。已在国际学术期刊包括Nature Chemical Biology, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Organic Letters, Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis, Chemistry-A European Journal, The Journal of Biological Chemistry, Journal of Natural Products, ChemBioChem, Tetrahedron, Phytochemistry等及国内学术期刊《药学学报》等上发表学术论文170余篇;申请发明专利9项,授权3项,参加编写专著6部.

主要研究方向:
(1)天然药物生物合成 开展药用植物与微生物活性天然产物生物合成研究,揭示其生物合成途径,尤其对其生物合成途径中关键酶及其反应机制进行阐释,人工构建生物合成途径并高效生产目标活性天然产物及非天然天然产物,解决药源不足问题及发现药物先导分子。
(2)天然药物生物催化 针对复杂结构活性天然产物结构优化中重要而化学法较难实现的选择性糖苷化、异戊烯基化、羟基化等反应,发掘新颖生物催化酶;采用结构生物学并结合定点突变等策略揭示催化机理及其杂泛性与选择性的结构基础,结构导向下对其进行理性设计,实现活性天然产物的可设计性、高效结构优化。
(3)特殊生境微生物中新颖结构活性天然产物的发现 从植物内生真菌、海洋微生物等中发现新颖结构活性天然产物,为新药研制提供具自主知识产权的先导化合物,亦为新颖结构活性天然产物的生物合成研究及新颖酶的发现及其酶学机制的阐释奠定基础。
