北京大学心血管研究所副所长,教育部重点实验室主任助理。心血管代谢与蛋白质组学研究室主任,研究员(三级教授),博士生导师,专业为病理生理学。本科毕业于北京师范大学化学系,本科毕业后进入中国科学院感光化学所工作,2000年进入全美心脏科第一的美国克利夫兰医院(Cleveland Clinic)攻读临床生物分析化学博士。博士毕业后留克利夫兰医院所属生物医学公司工作。2007年作为“985”引进人才进入北京大学心血管所担任副教授、研究室主任;2014年担任博士生导师;2015担任北京大学基础医学院研究员,博士生导师,研究室主任;2018年担任心血管研究所副所长,教育部重点实验室主任助理。担任中华医学会心血管分会基础学组委员,中国脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会青年副主任委员,中国研究型医院协会心血管循证和精准医学专业委员会副主任委员,中国心胸血管麻醉学会精准医学分会副秘书长,北京生理协会血管分会脂质代谢组组长。担任Cardiovascular Drugs and Therapy (IF=4.18), Cardiovascular & Hematological Disorders - Drug Targets, Lipid &Cardiovascular Research, 《中国心血管病研究》,《中国动脉硬化杂志》等杂志编委;Circulation, Nature Communication, Diabetologia, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, FASEB Journal, British Journal of Pharmacology, Free Radical Biology and Medicine, Cardiovascular Diabetology等杂志审稿人。 获得国家自然基金委“优秀青年基金”;中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才基金;教育部“新世纪人才基金”等。并主持国自然血管重大专项培育基金,国自然面上基金与青年基金(5项),北京市面上基金(2项)等多项基金,作为研究骨干参加精准医学重大项目与973项目(2项)。获省部级奖2项,美国心脏协会“Pre-doctoral Fellowship Award”等。已发表SCI文章90篇(http://www.researchgate.net/profile/Lemin_Zheng),作为主要作者(通讯及第一作者)发表SCI论文60篇。SCI引用2612次。2010年发明专利通过了美国专利局以及欧洲专利局,2019年获中国专利1项。2014年获得国家CFDA心血管临床医学检验试剂盒一项,2020获得三项。 研究方向: 脂蛋白,脂质代谢,与心脑血管功能研究。研究心脑血管疾病,代谢性疾病,以及衰老等疾病状态下三者相互关系。脂蛋白研究重点为高密度脂蛋白(HDL),脂质代谢包括了肠道菌群影响的相关代谢。 血管功能包括心血管,脑血管等,特别是内皮细胞等研究。通过蛋白质组学与代谢组学技术来研究衰老相关的动脉粥样硬化等疾病中的重要代谢物,以及调控代谢的重要蛋白对血管功能影响。 结合新材料新技术研究在心脑血管功能方面的应用,包括治疗与体外诊断技术的应用与研究。结合纳米微粒材料对炎症细胞等进行标记与药物运输。
