研究特长:
对一系列模拟不同胞外力学微环境(如血流剪切力和牵张力,基质刚度与几何约束等)的在体和离体模型系统的开发和应用;利用这些模型研究血管细胞机械信号转导、基因表达的表观遗传调控、细胞分化与命运决定;血管生理学和病理生理学研究,尤其是动脉硬化的病理发生机制等。
