研究方向：脂肪分解与肥胖和胰岛素抵抗调控。 　　1987年毕业于河南医科大学临床医学系 　　990年该校药理系硕士毕业， 　　1995年于中山医科大学药理学系获博士学位，入北京医科大学神经科学中心做博士后。 　　1997年底赴美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)儿童健康与人类发育研究所(NICHD) 和糖尿病消化和肾病研究所(NIDDK)做博士后研究员 　　2003年回国。主要研究细胞内脂滴及脂滴包被蛋白的细胞生物学功能，及其参与脂肪分解、肥胖、糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的调节机制。承担国家和北京市自然科学基金，新世纪优秀人才支持基金，国家973重大研究项目。
