周彦粉，女，博士，硕士研究生导师。2011年于青岛科技大学高分子科学与工程学院获硕士学位，2016年于都柏林理工学院（现Technological University Dublin）获博士学位；2017年进入青岛大学纺织服装学院从事教学科研工作。主持山东省重点研发计划（公益性科技公关类）1项、青岛市博士后应用基础研究项目1项、横向课题1项，以第一作者和通讯作者在国内外期刊共发表论文10余篇。承担本科生《非织造学》的教学工作。
