常雨芳，女，副教授，博士，硕士研究生导师。就读于武汉理工大学并分别于2001年、2004年、2013年获得学士、硕士、博士学位。目前任教于湖北工业大学电气与电子工程学院。2015-2016年于加拿大维多利亚大学访学。长期致力于先进控制理论及应用、人工智能技术、电力电子与电力传动、信息与网络技术的研究工作。曾主持/参与国家级/省级/企业合作项目20余项，发表论文30余篇，获得专利10余项，参与出版了国家级“十三五”规划教材1部。
