1．个人简介
李晓君，男，博士，硕士生导师。山西省生物工程学会理事。主要研究方向：植物提取工艺及工厂设计、功能食品研究与开发、植物源化妆品研究与开发。
近年来，主持和参与多项科研项目。包括：山西省重点研发项目、山西省科技攻关项目、山西省留学基金项目和企业横向项目等。授权国家发明专利3项。在国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI收录5篇，ESI高被引1篇。设计植物提取和农产品精深加工工艺线和车间多项，指导学生参加全国生命科学创新创业大赛获得三等奖。联系方式：lixiaojun@nuc.edu.cn。
