从事专业：材料学研究方向一微电子材料、技术及可靠性研究方向二纳米电子材料研究情况    近5年来，主要从事无铅焊料及界面研究，表面纳米结构在电子封装领域的应用，铜合金引线框架失效机制分析及相关解决方案，低温互连技术及互连可靠性等领域的研究，主持教育部、上海科委、宝钢、上海检验检疫局等多个项目的研究工作。作为主要实施人参加了科技部国际合作，科技部重大项目以及国家自然科学基金等项目的研究，协助毛大立，李明教授等指导了6位博士，其中3位已经毕业。指导和协助指导硕士研究生15位。发表论文60余篇，其中SCI检索论文约30篇，申请专利7项。讲授主要课程《电子封装技术及可靠性》教学研究毕业博士生数3（协助）毕业硕士生数12（协助）参加学术团体、任何职务
