男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。目前主要从事生物信息、高性能计算、数据库等方面的研究和开发，在生物数据库、生物信息工具、并行程序优化、数据起源系统、分布式系统等方面有浓厚的兴趣和丰富经验，近年来主持或主要参与国家、省、市各级项目三十余项，发表论文四十余篇，申请发明专利九项，已授权两项，获得二十余项软件著作权授权。
