樊昕昱现为上海交通大学电子工程系研究员,博士生导师,第四批“国家青年千人计划”入选者。2000年于上海交通大学应用物理系本科毕业,2003年上海交通大学应用物理系获硕士学位,2006年于日本东京大学电气工学专业获博士学位。
