黄鹏:助理研究员,博士于2013年加入上海交通大学区域光纤通信网与新型光通信系统国家重点实验室从事博士后研究工作,同时隶属于上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院下北斗导航与位置服务上海市重点实验室。
