学术专长
长期致力于镁合金等轻金属材料的研究,主要开展镁合金塑性成形理论与加工新技术方向的研究。针对镁合金是密排六方晶体结构及塑性差等特点,开展了板材铸锭热轧开坯轧制、挤压-轧制、成卷轧制等成形工艺,通过研究和优化变形工艺和变形组织,提高镁合金塑性,获得了优质宽幅镁合金板材和力学性能较优的通用型材。针对镁合金板材塑性差与冲压性能低,展开了一系列的创新性研究来控制镁合金板材的织构与组织,大幅度提高了镁合金板材的冲压性能。提出了多道次弯曲、微变形再结晶退火、预拉伸等新工艺来控制镁合金薄板的组织与织构,几种方法均可以大幅度提高镁合金板材的冲压性能,可以提高其室温杯突值60%以上。在国内外首次实现了镁合金手机外壳的冷冲压成型。

负责及参加了国家重点研发专项、国家自然科学基金、国家863高科技计划、国家科技攻关、重庆市重大攻关项目等20余项。发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI/EI收录70篇左右。授权发明专利11项。
