1986.09-1990.06陕西师范大学化学系,学士学位1990.09-1996.12中科院兰州化学物理研究所,分析化学硕士和博士学位1996.12-1999.05中科院兰州化学物理研究所,博士后,助理研究员1999.06-2000.10比利时鲁汶大学药学院博士后2000.10-2003.09德国图宾根大学有机化学研究所事博士后2003.09-至今中科院上海有机化学研究所,研究员,课题组长生物分析与药物分析化学我们课题组通过发展分析化学新技术和新方法帮助解决生命科学和药物研发中的重要科学问题。运用分析技术,如液相色谱、亲和色谱、毛细管电泳、质谱以及手性分离等解决药物筛选,药物靶标谱的鉴定以及蛋白糖基化修饰位点和糖链结构与功能分析方面的关键问题。这些问题的解决需要复杂体系的分离分析,涉及从有机小分子的结构和含量分析到生物大分子的结构与功能分析等分析化学技术和方法。
