胡斯勒图 (Husi Letu),男,1976年9月1日生,蒙古族,理学博士,研究员。研究方向为卷云冰晶粒子的光散射计算及云微物理过程的研究。《Remote Sensing of Environment》,《IEEE Transection on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》,《Applied Optics》,《Theoretical and Applied Climatology》等15个国际SCI期刊审稿人。
自2010年开始负责开发了日本宇宙航空研究开发机构(JAXA)的气候观测卫星 GCOM-C的大气云产品,参与撰写了GCOM-C卫星云产品算法技术档案(ATBD)。开发了5种典型卷云冰晶模型的光散射属性数据库,提出了从不同形状的冰晶模型中选择最有代表性的模型来反演卷云微物理参数的方法,并利用POLDER多角度遥感数据证实了选择代表性冰晶模型的有效性。该研究提出的Voronoi非球形冰晶模型被证实能够有效反演全球尺度的卷云微物理参数。葵花-8(Himawari-8)新一代静止气象卫星传感器的卷云官方算法也采用了Voronoi非球形冰晶模型。目前,正同MODIS和POLDER云产品的科学团队合作,研发并评价GCOM-C卷云冰晶模型的有效性及卷云产品的精度。
