杨晓峰，男，中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事海洋遥感机理与方法、海气相互作用过程、定量遥感业务化应用技术研究，承担过多项国家重大专项、863计划、中科院、部委科研项目，在海洋表面微波散射特性、海气边界层动力过程模拟、海洋环境参量定量反演等方面取得多项成果；获军队科技进步一等奖2项；共发表学术论文70余篇，其中SCI检索37篇；是IEEE TGARS、IEEE GRSL、IEEE JSTARS、IEEE GRSM、International Journal of Remote Sensing、International Journal of Digital Earth、Journal of Oceanography、Journal of Coastal Research、IET Microwaves Antennas & Propagation、Remote Sensing、Oceanologia、National Weather Digest、Frontiers of Earth Science等SCI期刊审稿专家，Remote Sensing“Ocean Remote Sensing with Synthetic Aperture Radar”专刊Guest Editor，国际电气与电子工程师协会高级会员（IEEE Senior Member），第36届国际地学与遥感大会（IGARSS）技术委员会委员，中科院青年促进会会员。
